At Cambridge Casual, we want you to love your outdoor living space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
